Rental Plan

The R-Plan allows Companies, Government Departments and Parastatals the ability to use rental as a procurement option for a variety of assets. The R-Plan has the flexibility to be structured either as a Financial Rental or Operating Rental. Structured as an Operating Rental the R- Plan complies with the following:

• General Acceptable Accounting Practice Regulations for Operating Leases
• Public Finance Management Act ("PFMA")
• Municipal Finance Management Act ("MFMA")

Financing technology assets on rental provides you with a hedge against obsolescence because ownership rests in Axial.

In addition to the above, the R-Plan also provides all customers with a variety of features which could be tailored to suit individual needs. These features include the following options:

• The ability to upgrade equipment during the life of the contract
• The ability to exchange equipment at predetermined intervals during the life of the contract
• The ability to increase or decrease payments at predetermined intervals during the life of the contract
• The ability to settle a rental agreement prior to the end of the minimum period
• The ability to include maintenance and insurance in the rental charge
• The ability to include third party billing into the rental charge (copy clicks, computer capacity usage etc)
• The ability to include hardware, software and other intangible costs.
• Axial is also vendor neutral which allows you to negotiate the best cash deal with a variety of vendors and get it financed on one single contract.
• Flexible end of period options, you can either return, upgrade or continue to rent the equipments at the end of the term

Stepped Rental Plan

By shortening or extending the rental term enables you to rent equipment over periods equal to the useful life of the asset and not the depreciable period prescribed by law.

Flex Rent

Flex Rent provides you with the capability to cap the rental at a certain minimum level and if usage exceeds a certain predetermined level your rental payment will be adjusted accordingly for the period where the usage is in excess of the predetermined agree level.

Sale & Rent-Back

For those who qualify this option allows corporations with an existing inventory of movable assets to sell and rent these assets back from Axial. If the equipment is IT related, it will allow corporations a cost effective way to start with an effective technology roll out plan to replace and refresh technology assets over time without having to lay out an enormous amount of cash upfront.

Open Ended Rental Plans

This exclusive and highly sought after rental plan allows for the renting of equipment on a month to month basis. This option is currently only available to Corporate Customers and Government. More detail will be provide on request.
